Audit Logs in Test Plan
Audit Logs display the Audit history of test plans, which contains all changes made in the Test Plan.

To view the audit logs of tes plan, go to the test plan and click the Audit Logs tab.
The tab shows the following columns:
Time
User
Entity Type
Action
Description
Activity
